(CPECB)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accomplish the Renewal Application Form Online by clicking <strong>APPLY <\/strong>Pull Down Menu then choose <strong>RENEW.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supply the information asked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indicate the name of the applicant in the Proof of payment (Deposit Slip, Bank\/Fund Transfer slip).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach\/Upload the required documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required documents for submission\/uploading of Application:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certificate of ICPEP Regional Membership valid on the date of application.
